<p>1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted<br />
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped (adjust to taste)<br />
1/2 tomato, seeded and dîced<br />
1 teaspoon lemon juice<br />
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder<br />
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<br />
Tabasco sauce, to taste</p>
<p>How To Make</p>
<p>Mash avocados to a coarse texture. Add rest of ingredients<br />
and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes<br />
before serving.</p>
<p>Note: When covering guacamole, place plastic wrap directly<br />
on dip to keep color fresh. Mix just before serving.</p>
